First of all I want to have great experience in America, learning and sharing in another country’s customs and culture as well as sharing my own New Zealand identity.
As a student I want to; make strong friendships, learn about my host country’s history, participate in subjects that are not available in NZ, and share my strong performing arts background. As a member of a host family, I want to learn and participate in another family’s traditions and daily life.
On my return - I want to share my experience with everyone, and tell them about the similarities and differences that we share.
